1. Digital Product Nature
Mustaqil Store sells digital products including architectural blueprints, house plans, and CAD files. Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase is completed and the files have been downloaded or delivered via email, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our house designs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
- You must provide your order number and the email used for purchase
- The design files have not been used for construction purposes
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Design files that are corrupted or cannot be opened
- Incorrect design delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Duplicate purchases of the same design
- Technical issues preventing download within the guarantee period
- Dissatisfaction with the design within 30 days
Not Eligible for Refund
- Designs that have been used for construction or submitted for building permits
- Custom modification services that have been completed
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
- Designs purchased more than 30 days ago
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@harrishousedesigns.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
- Include your full name, email address, order number, and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- JazzCash: Refund will be credited back to your JazzCash account within 5-7 business days
- EasyPaisa: Refund will be credited back to your EasyPaisa account within 5-7 business days
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered:
- If only part of a design package is defective or missing
- If a custom modification does not meet agreed specifications
- The partial refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances
7. Exchange Policy
If you would prefer to exchange your design for a different one instead of a refund:
- Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of purchase
- If the new design costs more, you will pay the difference
- If the new design costs less, the difference will be refunded
- Only one exchange per original purchase is permitted
8. Design Modifications
If you need modifications to a purchased design:
- Minor modifications are included free of charge with every purchase
- Major modifications may incur additional fees, which will be quoted before work begins
- Modification requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our customer service team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
